This year, Thanksgiving may look and feel a lot different due to Corona Virus, but thankfully our hiking trails in Phoenix are still open are they are awaiting you. Instead of being stuck indoors this year, why not burn off some calories on the trails and then head home feeling replenished and ready to take on your holiday meal. Allowing yourself to have a guilt free Thanksgiving’s feast is the best thing way to celebrate this holiday.
Reflecting on Being Thankful
Also, you may want to find a quiet space out there on our hiking trails and sit in solitude while meditating on what you are grateful for this Thanksgiving. With 2020, being such an emotional year for everyone on this planet, it’s important to also allow yourself to feel grateful for what we do have and there’s no better place for reflection than sitting still in nature.
