Know your Limits! If you’re a beginner hiker choose an easy to moderate trail and work your way up to the harder hiking trails. Don’t worry, the mountain will still be there by the time you are ready!

If you push yourself too hard too quickly injury and morale could suffer. Hiking is meant as an escape from the busy day to day life we all live. So, take your time, be safe and have fun!
